Ordea (formerly STARTEDU) system — payments and lunches
The school uses the electronic Ordea (formerly STARTEDU) system to manage meals and educational
services. Tuition, lunches and additional services are paid for exclusively through this system.
Existing STARTEDU users will be automatically redirected to the Ordea system when logging
into their existing account — no need to create a new one.
⚠️ New users — registration in Ordea should be completed no earlier than 04.07.2026.
Do I need to use the system if I'm not ordering lunches?
Yes. The system handles all students at Piwoni schools — it is used to settle tuition fees and to order and pay for services.
Do I make payments to a single account number?
Yes. All payments (tuition, lunches, trips) go to a single individual account number assigned to your Ordea account.
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes. The discount will be added to the balance within 10 days of registering in the system.
How do I cancel a lunch order?
Cancellations are only accepted via Ordea or by SMS to 789 440 135 in the format: DD-MM-YYYY-20890. Must be sent by 8:00 am on the day of the meal at the latest. Cancellations by phone or e-mail are not accepted.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, only for additional services (trips, etc.) — after ordering in Ordea, please go to the school accounting office.
What should I do if I have a second child at the school?
When registering, provide the same phone number and e-mail address as used for your first registration — the system will link the accounts automatically.
Where do I report problems with the system?
Please report technical problems to bok@startedu.pl (customer service during the migration to Ordea).

Digital school — iPad in education
The school operates a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) model. Students use
their own iPads during lessons.
What can the school manage on an iPad?
Through the MDM system (Google Device Policy):
automatic configuration of the school's Wi-Fi network
remote installation of educational apps
basic security settings (screen lock)
restrictions on distracting apps during lessons
What can the school NOT do on a private iPad?
The school has no access to private files, photos, browsing history, private e-mails
or messages. The school does not track device location as standard. If a device is lost,
the school can only remove school-related data — with the parent's consent.
What is a Google Workspace for Education account?
Every student receives a school Google account (firstname@podstawowa.piwoni.pl) used for:
signing in on the iPad, Google Classroom, Google Drive, materials from teachers and educational
communication.
How do I set up an Apple ID for my child?
We recommend NOT sharing your own private Apple ID with your child. Instead, create a child
account in Family Sharing. This gives you control over purchases, screen time and content.
Search for: "Create an Apple Account for your child" on support.apple.com.

The completed form should be handed in at the school office before the start of the school year.
